Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 1 blob butter
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the frozen corn kernels in water till soft. Drain.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add the hot corn into it.
  • Mix it rigorously till the butter is all melted and combined well. Serve in ramekins and enjoy!!!

Notes

If using tinned corn kernels, just drain them and use directly. But then you will need to melt the butter till nice and warm before mixing it in.
