Ingredients

gm beef mince
1
tbsp
olive oil
3
cloves
garlic
pounded
1/2
tsp
cinnamon powder
1/2
tsp
cumin powder
1/4
tsp
red chilli powder
1/4
cup
frozen green peas
Salt to taste
2
large potatoes
boiled
1
tbsp
melted butter
2
eggs
beaten
Breadcrumbs to coat
Oil for frying
Instructions
Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry garlic briefly.
Add the beef mince along with the spice powders and green peas and cook till the mince is done.
Switch off and allow to cool.
Mash the potatoes and mix in the butter.
Add the cooked beef mixture and mix well.
Shape into patties, dip in eggs and roll into breadcrumbs.
Deep fry or shallow fry till the patties are golden brown.
Serve warm!
Notes
These patties can be frozen for around one month. Before frying, thaw them to room temperature and then fry.
