Heat ghee in a saucepan. Fry the cashews and drain out.
Add in the papaya, sugar, cardamom powder and milk powder and mix up well.
Cook on low flame, stirring in between and mashing up the papaya pieces, till the whole mixture looks all mashed up and pulls up from the pan when stirred.
Add back the fried cashew and mix well. Switch off the flame.
Serve warm as is or with a scoop of ice cream!
