Overnight Oats with Laban

Ingredients

  • 1 cup laban thick buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pistachio kernels and raisins to top

Instructions

  • Whisk the laban and oats in a glass bottle. Keep closed in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Next day morning, top with honey, pistachio and raisins and enjoy!

Notes

If the laban is too thick, add 1/4 cup of water to 3/4 laban.
The sweetener and the accompaniments are totally your choice.
