As the water starts boiling, add in the tea leaves and bring it to a rolling boil.
Switch off as soon as the color is light brown. Add the juice of the lime and mix well.
Sweeten to taste and serve immediately.
Notes
Always add the tea leaves once the water is starting to boil or even after it has boiled. Adding it early will make the tea dark and make it bitter. Add the lime juice once the boiling is done and the flame is off.
