Muesli Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 dry apricots
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3-4 tbsp plain muesli
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • A squeeze of honey

Instructions

  • Soak the apricots in water till soft. Grind till smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blitz till done.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You can use any fruit or dry fruits or your choice instead of the apricot.
