Ingredients

large carrots
chopped into roundrels

garlic
crushed

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
vinegar
3/4
tsp
cumin powder
3/4
tsp
paprika powder
Salt to taste

tbsp
chopped mint leaves
Instructions
Boil the carrot and garlic in water till soft but not mushy. Drain and set aside.
Combine ingredients from olive oil to salt in a bowl. Add the carrot-garlic and toss well to mix. Add in the mint leaves and toss.
Serve immediately.
