Ingredients

  • 10 strawberries chopped
  • 10 raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For the vegan option, replace the yogurt + milk with equivalent quantity of almond milk.
