Heat oil in a saucepan. Add the onion, green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute till softened.
Add the mince and cook on medium flame till oil floats on the top.
Roast the coriander and cumin seeds and crush it in a mortar and pestle. Add this along with the turmeric powder and give a good mix.
Add in the eggs, garam masala and kasuri methi, add salt to taste and cook for a minute. Do not make it too dry, since we will be baking it. Switch off.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a sheet pan.
Keep one puff pastry sheet, press center slightly with a spoon. Add two tbsp of the filling. Brush the sides with the beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes till the pastry is crisp. Serve warm.
Notes
Keep the chicken under-cooked, since we will be baking it and it may tend to get dry. You can sprinkle some cheese on top to make it more interesting.
