Mango Lassi ~ Mango Yogurt Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 small mango peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • Chopped pistachios for garnishing

Instructions

  • Blitz all the ingredients except the pistachios in a blender till smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass, top with pistachios and enjoy!

Notes

You can replace water with milk to make it more richer, and use sugar instead of honey for sweetening. You can even add some nutmeg and cinnamon powders if you are feeling a bit adventurous!
