For making the mango base, heat water and agar agar and cook till melted. Add in other ingredients and cook till the mixture comes to a boil.
Pour the mixture into 6 bowls. Allow it to come to room temperature.
While the mango base cools, let's make the coconut milk base. Heat water and agar agar till it melts. Add the coconut milk and remaining ingredients and cook till heated.
Divide equally into the six bowls. It will cause a marble effect.
Once it comes to room temperature, keep in the fridge to cool completely.
Notes
I powdered string agar agar and measured in a spoon. If you are using powder, the consistency of pudding will vary.
