Heat the ghee. Fry the cashews and reserve.
Add the onions, garlic, chillies and tomato and cook till the tomatoes get all mashed up.
Add in all the powders and saute for around 5 minutes.
Add the frozen green peas along with the water. Bring to boil.
Add in the rice and adjust the salt. Allow the water to boil again on high flame. T
hen reduce the flame to the lowest and cook on closed lid till the rice is done.
Fluff up the rice using a fork before serving. Serve garnished with the cashews and coriander leaves.
