Korean Strawberry Milk

Ingredients

  • 5-6 strawberries large ones
  • 1 tbsp sugar add more for sweetness
  • Milk to top
  • Ice to serve

Instructions

  • In a bowl, chop the strawberries into quarter and sprinkle the sugar on top. Keep aside for 15 minutes. The strawberries will start oozing its juices.
  • Mash with a fork till a little pulpy but with bites.
  • Pour into the serving glass. Top with ice and milk.
  • Stir slightly before enjoying.

Notes

Make sure the strawberries are sweet, otherwise it won't taste good.
If using frozen strawberries, thaw the berries before adding the sugar and mashing. 
If making a bigger quantity, puree half the strawberries and sprinkle sugar on the rest after chopping.
