Ingredients

wholewheat flour
aatta
1/2
cup
rice flour
Salt to taste
Warm water as required for loose batter
Oil for dosha
Instructions
Whisk together the flours and salt.
Add water little by little till you have a loose pourable batter.
Heat a flat pan. Once hot spread a little oil on it.
Lift up the pan off the heat, pour a ladle of the batter and twirl it till the batter coats the whole pan. Fill in the spaces with little batter.
Keep back on the heat and cook on meduim-low flame till it starts pushing off the pan. Flip and cook for a couple of minutes. Take off.
Serve warm with chutney or curry of your choice - even a sprinkling of sugar or drizzle of honey is amazing for these dosas!
Notes
This batter makes around 6 to 8 thin dosas.
