Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate it in salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Add the chicken and slightly fry till it changes color and releases its juices.
Add the onion, jalapeno and garlic and toss well. Cook for around five minutes.
Add the mayonnaise and water, adjust seasoning. Cook, stirring in between till the chicken gets cooked.
Switch off, garnish with more jalapeno and coriander leaves and serve hot with bread or any other flatbread.
