How to make corn in a pressure cooker?

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh corn on the cob
  • Water and salt as required
  • Butter and/or lemon to serve

Instructions

  • Peel off the skin of the corn, wash well.
  • Put as whole or cut into half into a pressure cooker, fill up water enough to cover it completely. Add in salt.
  • Pressure cook for one whistle on high and leave on simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Switch off and allow the pressure to go on its own.
  • Drain off the liquid and serve hot with a slather of butter or squeeze of lemon... or any way you like!
