Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whisk the dry ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Add the milk slowly and whisk till no lumps.
  • Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir well. Again cook for 1 1/2 minutes 2 times, stirring in between.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Chill and serve!

Notes

The consistency was pretty thick. If you want it slightly gooey, you can cook 1 1/2 minutes lesser, as the pudding tends to thicken as it sits.
