Green Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 steaks salmon around 500 gm
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies increase as per spiciness
  • 8 green mint leaves
  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 sprig curry leaves approximately 8 leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Grind ingredients from ginger garlic paste to salt to as smooth as possible.
  • Line a roasting pan with aluminium foil. Spread half the paste over it.
  • Put the salmon steaks on top and brush the remaining paste on top of it.
  • Cover with another foil on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
