Green Apple Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 green apple cored and chopped
  • 2 green chillies minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and give it a nice stir till well combined.
  • Allow it to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge for the flavors to mingle.
  • Serve as side with a spicy rice dish or stuffed parathas.
