As the water starts becoming hot, add the tea powder and bring it to a boil, till the desired strength is reached.
Switch off and add sugar. Sitr well to mix. Bring to room temperature.
Transfer into a pitcher and keep it refrigerated till use.
Serve with your choice of fruits and fruit juices.
Notes
Here, in one glass I added small cubes of kiwi and in another glass, it was the juice of one orange + one lemon. You can use mango puree, apple cubes, or even flavor the chai with spices while brewing and have it cold.
