Ingredients

all purpose flour

sugar

baking powder

vanilla powder

yogurt

small eggs
2 large eggs

sunflower oil
any odorless oil
FOR GLAZE:

tbsp
pineapple jam

tbsp
water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a small loaf pan and set aside
Whisk the dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Whisk together the wet ingredients in a bowl till well mixed.
Add onto the dry ingredients and fold till combined.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 30 to 45 minutest till skewer comes out clean.
Flip onto a cooling rack and cool completely.
Mix the jam and water in a bowl and microwave till melted and combined. Brush on top of the loaf. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
The glaze is optional.
You can use any jam of your choice to make the glaze.
