Ingredients

sugar
1/2
tsp
cinnamon powder
A pinch of salt
3/4
cup
milk
3
large eggs

tbsp
vanilla essence
10-12

of bread
Butter for toasting
Instructions
Whisk the dry ingredients till well combined.
Add in the milk, eggs and vanilla essence and whisk till the whole mixture is well combined and the sugar is melted.
Heat a frying pan with a blob of butter.
When the butter is melting, dip the bread into the egg mixture till nicely coated.
Fry both sides till golden brown. Repeat till the egg mixture is finished.
Serve warm with honey, cream or as is!
Notes
Increase the cinnamon if you love its flavor.
