Marinate the fish and set aside for an hour.
Heat oil, Add in the curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and saute for a couple of minutes.
Add in the shallots and cook till wilted.
Add in the powders and saute for two minutes.
Add in the fish and cook for five minutes.
Add in the tomato paste and mix well. Cook till the fish is well done.
Sprinkle in the garam masala and adjust the seasoning. Cook for two more minutes. Switch off and serve warm!
