Add the ginger, garlic and all the powders and cook till the raw smell is gone.
Add the ground tomato and cook till oil floats on the top, stirring occasionally.
Add the fish with 1/2 cup of water, sprinkle in some salt.
Cook on simmer till the fish is completely done.
Add in the beaten cream and give it a gentle stir and cook for another five minutes. Switch off. Serve warm with a sprinkle of chopped coriander leaves.
