Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp milled flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 dried figs chopped
  • 10-15 almonds chopped

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients from oats to honey in a glass jar. Leave it overnight covered in the fridge.
  • Next day morning, pull out the jar, top with figs and almonds, mix well and enjoy!
