Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 13x9 inch pan well.
In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients and give it a good whisk.
Add all the remaining ingredients on top of it and whisk till smooth.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. When you see the sides are coming off the pan, take it out.
Allow it to cool completely before slicing and serving.
