Easy Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed basil leaves refer notes
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts can use walnuts
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender till homogenous.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge. Use within a week.

Notes

Make sure to remove all stalks of the basil. The tiny ones are OK.
