Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Keep a small bowl ready.
Rub all the ingredients under "for crumb" and keep in the fridge.
Peel and chop the apple into small peices. Combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
Spread into the bowl. Top with the prepared crumble.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes till the top looks done.
Allow to cool for around 10 minutes. Serve warm with cream, ice cream or caramel sauce.
