Ingredients

can coconut water
1
tsp
chia seeds
Juice of one lemon
Sugar to taste
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a glass and give it a good mix.
Allow it to chill till the chia seeds plump up.
Drink cold!
Notes
I have used canned coconut water but if you get fresh coconut water, nothing like it!
