Ingredients

  • 330 ml can coconut water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients in a glass and give it a good mix.
  • Allow it to chill till the chia seeds plump up.
  • Drink cold!

Notes

I have used canned coconut water but if you get fresh coconut water, nothing like it!
