Coconut Paneer Burfi
A simple and delicious Indian style fudge made of coconut and paneer (cottage cheese)

- 1 tbsp ghee plus little for greasing
- 2 cups grated coconut
- 200 ml condensed milk
- A fat pinch cardamom powder
- 3/4 cup crumbled paneer
- Nuts for garnish
Heat ghee in a saucepan and sauté coconut for a few minutes.
Add the condensed milk and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add in the cardamom and paneer and cook till the whole mixture comes together.
Put into a greased plate and allow to set.
Cut into shapes, top with nuts and serve warm or cold.
