Cocoa Mocha Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 75 gm butter melted
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a brownie pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients till well blended.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and fold using a spatula till nicely moist.
  • Spread into the baking tray and bake for 18 minutes till the top is set.
  • Allow to cool slightly before pulling out of pan and enjoying warm!
