Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp grated palm jaggery karupatti (to taste)

Instructions

  • Bring water to boil.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and cook till the jaggery melts and the ingredients are all well mixed.
  • Strain into a mug and enjoy hot!

Notes

You can adjust the quantity of dry ginger and black pepper powder if you need it stronger.
