Heat oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the ginger garlic paste.
Add in the onions and chillies and saute till wilted.
Add in the tomato and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add in the powders and saute till the raw smell is gone.
Add the shredded chicken, the garam masala, salt and pepper and toss well. Check for seasoning.
Cook on low for around 5 minutes. Add in the coriander leaves and switch off. The stuffing is ready.
Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions.
Heat a pan till hot. Keep on low flame.
Take out one paratha and put it on the pan. Spread one portion of the filling evenly on it.
Take another paratha and press it on top. Seal the sides by pressing with your fingers.
Flip after sometime to cook the other side. Flip a couple of times till both sides are well browned.
Repeat with the other 6 parathas - total you will make 4.
Serve warm as is or with some raita and pickle!
