Ingredients
300
gm boneless chicken
Salt and pepper to taste

small carrot
1
small cucumber
2
heaped tbsp cream cheese
3
heaped tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
Cook the chicken with salt and pepper till done. Cool completely and grind coarsely.
Chop the carrot and cucumber into small pieces. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Adjust seasoning.
Keep it in an airtight container and use within a week.
Notes
You can use remaining chicken from rotisserie or curry to make this spread.
