Ingredients

  • 500 gm chicken drummets
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the oil and toss well to coat. Set aside for around 10 minuates for the flavors to settle.
  • Heat oil to smoking hot. Drop the drummettes in batches and fry till done.
  • Serve warm with ketchup or red chilli sauce.
