Divide the cauliflower into florets. Wash well.
Put into a microwaveable bowl and sprinkle some water over it. Microwave for 7 minutes.
Take out, allow it to cool.
In a processor, blitz till smooth. Empty the cauliflower grains onto a towel and squeeze the excess water out.
Put back into the processor, along with the other ingredients and give it a blitz.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a pan with baking paper.
Spread the cauliflower base on the tray and prick it lightly with fork. Bake for 15 minutes or till crisp.
Take out, sprinkle the toppings and the cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes or till the cheese is melted.
