Cantaloupe Soya Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a meduim cantaloupe
  • 300 ml soya milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the cantaloupe into pieces.
  • Blitz all in a blender till smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
