Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp raw sugar
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • A handful blueberry

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients from milk to chia seeds in a container and mix well. Keep closed and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Next day morning, empty the contents into a bowl. Sprinkle in the blueberries and enjoy!
