whipping cream
1/4
cup
Biscoff spread
1/2
cup
cream cheese
1
pack Lotus biscuits
crushed coarsely
Instructions
Whip the cream till medium peaks.
Fold in the Biscoff spread and cream cheese.
Spread in a 1 litre glass pan. Sprinkle the crushed Lotus cookies on top.
Allow it to rest in the fridge for an hour. Serve cold!
