Biscoff Crunch Pudding

Ingredients

  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 pack Lotus biscuits crushed coarsely

Instructions

  • Whip the cream till medium peaks.
  • Fold in the Biscoff spread and cream cheese.
  • Spread in a 1 litre glass pan. Sprinkle the crushed Lotus cookies on top.
  • Allow it to rest in the fridge for an hour. Serve cold!
