Ingredients

cup
almond milk
or any milk of choice
1/3
cup
chia seeds
3
heaped tbsp Biscoff
or any cookie batter
1
tsp
brown sugar
optional
1/2
tsp
cinnamon powder
Banana and almonds for topping
Instructions
Whisk the milk, chia seeds, Biscoff, sugar (if using) and cinnamon powder till the Biscofff becomes smooth.
Pour into a jar and keep in the fridge overnight for the chia seeds to plump up.
For breakfast, empty your contents into a bowl, top with bananas and almonds and dig in!
Notes
Biscoff is naturally sweet so add the brown sugar only if you feel you need more sweetness.
