Beef Burger

Ingredients

  • 400 gm beef mince
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic flakes
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1 large egg
  • Oil/butter for frying

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
  • Shape into 4 large patties or 6-8 smaller patties.
  • On a grill pan, melt butter or heat oil. Drop in slowly and cook on low flame, flipping sides carefully for 10-15 minutes till done.

Notes

If the burger refuses to hold shape, add a couple of tbsp bread crumbs or oats.
You can prepare the patties in advance, cover them in cling film and freeze them till use. Just thaw them for half an hour before adding into the hot pan.
