In a wide saucepan, heat the ghee. Roast the semolina just till golden brown.
Add the chopped bananas and cashews and toss well.
Now add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Keep on low flame and stir occasionally till the water is completely absorbed and the semolina is cooked.
Switch off and serve hot.
Notes
Add ghee as per your liking. The more, the better it would taste. Make sure that the milk and water are hot before adding into the roasted semolina, to ensure proper cooking.
