Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 heaped tbsp peanut buter
  • 1 banana chopped
  • Honey for sweetness

Instructions

  • Combine the oats, yogurt and milk in a bowl with lid. Leave overnight in the fridge.
  • Next day morning, add the peanut butter and mix well. Add in the bananas, drizzle the honey and dig in.
