Ingredients

ripe banana

almond milk
6-8
almonds
soaked in water for an hour
1/4
tsp
cinnamon powder or vanilla extract
optional

tbsp
milled flax

tbsp
date syrup
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into your blender and blend till smooth.
Serve immediately.
Notes
I kept the almonds as is, but if you wish, you can remove off the skin.
