Heat oil, Saute the ginger garlic paste.
Saute the onion and chilli till soft. Add the powdesr and saute for a minute.
Add the mushrooms till soft and all water evaporates.
Add the potatoes and toss. Add garam masala powder, mix well and switch off.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking tray and set aside.
Shape into patties, makes around 10-12. Generously coat in egg and then roll into the breadcrumbs.
Place on the greased tray. Brush oil on the top.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip the other side and bake another 15 minutes.
Serve warm with ketchup or chilli sauce.
