Heat ghee. Toss the aval and stevia and saute for a couple of minutes till crisp. Set aside.
In a glass, peel the bananas and place. Mash them with a fork.
Spread the aval on top and then top with the milk.
Sprinkle the cardamom and nuts if using on top and serve immediately. To enjoy, dig in a spoon, give a good mix and eat!
