Ingredients

  • 1 apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 2 tbsp low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 walnuts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed powder
  • 1 tbsp honey as per taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients and blitz in a blender or using a hand processor till smooth. Enjoy immediately!
