Ingredients

  • 2 small raw mangoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • A fat pinch black salt/ normal salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala optional

Instructions

  • Wash, peel and chop the mangoes into pieces. Try to scrape off as much from the seed.
  • Add the chopped mango along with a cup of water and pressure cook on medium heat for several whistles. Switch off and allow it to cool completely.
  • Once cool, add the mango and water, along with all the remaining ingredients and blitz till smooth.
  • Pour into a pitcher and allow it to rest in the fridge for an hour or till serving, for the flavors to develop. Enjoy!
