full fat milk

water

turmeric powder
1/2
tsp
cardamom powder
1/2
tsp
ginger powder
1/4
tsp
cinnamon powder

tsp
black pepper powder

tsp
cumin powder

tsp
nutmeg powder

cloves
crushed

tbsp
honey
as per sweetness
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except honey into a saucepan.
Keep on simmer till it boils. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking to the pan.
In a bowl, add the honey. Strain the slightly cooled milk over the honey and whisk till well combined.
Serve into cups and devour immediately!
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute milk with coconut milk or almond milk.
