  • 4 thick slices pineapple
  • 2 mangoes peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar


  • Blend the coconut and water till smooth. Pass through a seive and press through to extract coconut milk.
  • Pour the coconut milk into the blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blitz till smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
